"Our whole family has been seeing Alanna now for a few years and are continually amazed at the attention to detail and compassionate care she provides. We never feel rushed, she gets to know us on a personal level and always gets to the bottom of every issue. We are so thankful to have found a provider that looks at the big picture of our health!."

FAQs

What is a DPC?

DPC stands for “Direct Primary Care”.  This means that you have direct access to your primary care provider (us!), rather than access to a large office staff with automatic recordings and long chains of commands to pass through.  This eliminates long wait times and delayed responses to your healthcare needs.

Can I really contact you any time?

YES!  You will have Direct access to a provider.  We will be available for routine and emergent questions M-F, 9am-5pm.  After hours and weekends, we will prioritize any emergent situations and make sure we are available to assist in your care.  Our commitment to you is to minimize unnecessary visits to urgent care/emergency department.  Routine requests will be answered promptly the next business day!e

What about my insurance?

We are unable to bill your insurance for your membership fee (but remember, you don’t pay per visit).  However, if you would like to utilize your insurance for diagnostic testing and referrals, we are fully capable of accommodating that.  In addition, if you have an HSA, it can be used to pay your monthly membership fee and and testing that is needed.

Do you see newborns?

Yes! We love seeing new babies! Alanna and Christine have six kids between the two of them and find great joy in treating the little ones. WE support you in your birth choices, home-birth, birthing center, hospital — however your sweet baby has come Earth side we can’t wait to meet them. We will try our best to offer an in home visit when we first meet your baby for the 2-5 day visit.  We support you in your parenting and are here to help you navigate the early years. Our birth professional network in Austin is great and we are happy to make connections as needed! Feel free to call us and ask us more.

Can you sign a letter that clears my child for school/daycare?

Yes, of course! We are Nurse Practitioners and are able to offer medical clearance letters, school physicals, sports physical, sick notes, etc.

Let us help you find care that's right for you.
